Who: Loan Production & Client Care Advocate | LPAC | Full Time | Compensation based on experience—Salaried + bonus plan | M-F 8:00-5:00 | Average Closed Loans per month 7-20, depending on cycle | For this Partnership to be successful you MUST have a great attitude, willingness to improve, passion to grow and the ability to go above and beyond and priding yourself on RESULTS! This role manages loans for multiple originators with precision and urgency. The LPAC performs high-level file structuring, application execution, and full pipeline oversight while serving as borrower advocate during underwriting. Quality, efficiency, proactive communication, and ownership are essential to success in this role.
